I had flickering lights throughout the house and the cause could have been anything from a loose wire to an issue with the power company's equipment. My house is also old with an outdated electrical system (from the 80s, if I'm not mistaken). If it wasn't an issue with the power company, I was preparing myself to need a full electrical system upgrade.

RTS Electric NY went above and beyond in not only pinpointing the root cause of the issue, but also resolving it in a cost-effective manner. Although they explained how they fixed it without upgrading the entire system, it kind of went over my head if I'm being honest.
